Job satisfaction and problem solving skills of high schools administrators, from its high schools at realization of expected duties, have got an important effect. Job satisfaction is a concept that consist of knowledge, emotion and specialities of behaviour. The training organizations are in case of work atmospheres that is lived coplex problems because of different cultures, comprehension and age-groups keep all together. Job satisfaction and problem solving skills of administrators have been complicating same ratio at that kind of work atmospheres. Certain, legitimacy of problem solving skills of administrators will give some help to increase job satisfaction at the training organizations. They have been providing accomplish problems and take pleasure at their works effective problem solving skills of administrators. This situation has been increasing job satisfaction of administrators of training.When thought problems at the training organizations, the important of the relationship between job satisfaction and problem solving skills of high schools administrators is being understood clearly. The training establishments can satisfy to educate qualified and effective social necessities is related to how this establishments is managed on a large scale.
