An evaluation of 'sufficiency of managing the change' perceptions concerning school management of teachers at schools of secondary education

Education system has to be put into a form according to the necessities of the economy and the country. Therefore, how to manage the change at schools has to be researched and put into a from with a deep study. The strategies and tactics regarding to the way that the changes will be supplied must be obtained according to modern approaches. The plans for change, the way of managing the change, how it will be realized, and how it will be controlled must be determined previously. As a result of this fact, in this study we focus on managing tge change in education, we will consider about changing applications realized at schools, so the concept organizational change will be discussed besides. This study contains five chapter. The first chapter is the introduction part and it includes the concepts like situation analysis, purpose of the research, problem sentence of the research, hypotheses, the importance of the research, and definition of the related terms. The second chapter contains literature survey with regarding publications. The third chapter describes the method of the research, and the fourth chapter includes the findings obtained from the study and conclusions. Finally, the sixth chapter includes recommendations with respect to the research. Some significant conclusions of the research are: In the secondary education schools, the change is sometimes being realized because of technological age and Total Quality Management applications. Usually, the changes which instruction forces from Ministry of Education are applied. According to the opinions of the teachers whom our questionnaires are applied, the managers of the schools sometimes realize most attributes of change leadership.
