Abstract (EN)

The general aim of this study is to describe how the Turkish contemporarysecondary educational program guides the ethical coordinates which frames humanexistence, by the approach of external formation or attracting the proactive naturalvalues scale and, in both case, the aim realization success with the limitation ofinstructor views regarding Adana province. Knowing the importance of the secondaryeducation regarding the juvenile in the personality progress period, the method ofethical training applied in the secondary education programs related to awakening theethical value, the historical evaluation of the secondary education programs withinTurkish National Training System and the current secondary education program havebeen examined and it has also been tried to find out how the ethical training could bemade more useful.The discussion of current education program contents is supported by a fieldinspection about teachers? views that are in charge in secondary schools in Adana. Theresearch covers 225 teachers working at secondary schools located in the center ofAdana. In order to analyze the data, frequency, percentage distribution, IndependentSamples T-test and One-Way ANOVA tests have been used.The conclusions obtained from the gathered findings is that, in respect of theirattitude towards the importance of ethical concept and its conceptual dimension,teachers are putting a parallel view with the approach of innocence at birth. In thesubject of the ethical concept consolidation, consensus could not be ensured as it isensured in respect of ethical concept. To acquire ethical behavior during the ethicalconcept consolidation has been examined in cognitive, affective/moral, psycho-motorand total consciousness transformation dimensions.It is interpreted that the instructor?s confidence about cognitive level has to besupported by external activities to acquire for psycho-motor behavior, and modelbehavior is effective in acquiring the ethical behavior teachers for affective/moraltraining are important. put forward that they are in need of cognitive transformation.Instructor?s view for the incapability of current curriculum to come into existence forethical consciousness is accepted as the instructors are highly conscious of training.Key Words: Ethics, Moral, Curriculum, Cognitive, Psychomotor, Affective, TotalII
