Evaluation of usage effective time strategies in secondary education by history teachers (Mardin sample)

Societies made on education organization to cordinate the sources of education ondfind the needs education. The education organization needs different sources to achieve itsfunctions. This resorcues are Money, technology and labor. As well as these, education hasabsraction time. Time, for education, can not be saved and it can finish without being takenback, is also a critical resource. Because of having a absract function, time can not beunderstood.Time is limited in education areas for programmes in this limited time teachers havetoo business to do. Because of student?s coming late class, stting on their desks, writing onclass notebook, coming without planning, are the states which cause losing too much time.Teachers should use the direction of time in an apropriate way and find good strategies. Ifteachers has enough information, ability and treat by using these, they also don?t have abarrier to use time in effective way.This research was done among the history teachers the assesment of using time ineffective way. Research (2008-2009) consist of the history teachers in formal and informalschools in Mardin. The results, consist of the personal information about teachers and a firstpart which has six questions. The second part consist of 80 questions and wievs of theteachers which were about time-direction-strategies in the assesment of the results, theschool from which teachers graduated from, difference of sex were optained by t-test,professional grade difference of the class population way analized the one side variationanalize (one-way Annova).According to the findings of the research, the history teachers has a time directionapproach, war approach, aim approach, ABC approach, magic means, the high awerage ofthe wievs. There is also an approach of leaving yourself to a flow. It is also understood thatassesment of oneself is very low. It can be said that teachers have variety of job grades, thetype of schools, thay have similar time direction strategies in lessons.
