The qualification of private school teachers in class management

Education is one of the most important and unending processes of human life. For humans, education continues in their whole life; first to fulfill the vital actions, education process which starts with learning to meet their biological and physical needs in family, socialization, school age and their jobs. One of the most important cornerstones is teachers, certainly. Their equipment and qualification are very important for the provision of the qualified and good educational process. For this reason; teachers should be quailified and equipped, and constantly refresh their equipment and also they should identify the gaps, thereafter complete them. In this search, the determination of the qualification to manage a classroom is aimed. In the search which is done according to screening model, at first scanning(screening) of literature is done, and after that a survey is developed like a data collection tool. After these processes are completed, the application stage of the search starts. The application of the search is performed with students who are at 4th and 5th class in 14 private primary schools which are located in Kadıkoy, Istanbul. In the first part of the survey, datasheet formed 6 questions which include personal information is placed; in the second part, 34 questions for students are prepared in order to determine "private school teachers' qualification to manage a classroom" , and the third part includes their opinions. The opinions of students who study at 4th and 5th class which are related with teachers' qualification to manage a classroom in details.
