Abstract (EN)
In order to examine the pollution parameters in the fluorite deposits of Yeniyapan Village (Akçakent - Kırşehir) and the urine analysis of the people in the region, plant, soil, water and urine samples were taken from the study area and the analysis results were evaluated statistically. High and very high positive correlations were observed between tomato - soil and root - soil with 99% and 95% confidence in plant samples. For Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni and Pb of tomato; It has been determined that the root can be an indicator plant for Ag, F, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb and Sn. The fact that the TF values of Ag, Sn and Sb elements are >1 in some sample locations indicates that the elements in the roots of the plant are transported to the tomatoes, that is, they are transferred. According to BAC values, between tomato and soil, F and Sn; root - soil between F, Sn, Mo, Cd and Zn; tomato - water among Cu Cr, Co, Ni, Sb, Mo, Fe and F; root - water among Mg, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, As, Mo and Sb; urine - among tomatoes, Mg, Fe, Mo, Ag, Cd, Pb and F; urine - soil between Mo and F; It has been observed that Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, As, Fe and F elements among urine - drinking water have very high accumulator properties in some locations. No skeletal system anomalies were detected in the control group and living in the area where F mineralization is located. In some sample locations, Mg, Fe and Ni element values were found to be higher than the control group. Less enrichment in EF values of Mg, Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, F, Mo, Ag and Sb elements, weak enrichment in Mo, Ag, Cu, Ag, Sn and Sb elements and moderate enrichment in Mo element were observed. While moderate pollution is observed in Igeo values of Cr, Co, Ni and Cu elements, no or very little element pollution is observed in Fe, Sb, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn elements. The CF values of the elements in the samples taken from all locations between T1 - T6 were <1 or no contamination was observed. Since the calculated pollution load index (PLI) values are < 1 in all sample locations, soil pollution is not observed in T1 – T6 locations in terms of the investigated elements.
