Abstract (EN)

In recent years, we have now faced with the problem of lack of resources and environment as a result of technological developments and increasing population across the world. Natural resources will run out soon all over the world in the case of natural resources keep on consumed rapidly. Recycling a crucial role for to stay clean of nature and to ensure the protection of resources. Therefore regenerated open-end yarn system must be developed. In this study, the yarn, which was in three different yarn counts ((Ne 15/1, Ne 20/1, Ne 28/1), at three different rotor speeds (100000 rotational speed/minute, 110000 rotational speed/minute, 120000 rotational speed/minute) and various twists (490 rounder/meter , 550 rounder/meter, 560 rounder/meter, 640 rounder/meter, 660 rounder/meter, 740 rounder/meter, rounder/meter, 870 rounder/meter) was produced in Autocoro8 machine of Schlafhorst-Saurer company. The quality of the yarns produced from different raw materials have been examined in Autocoro8 machine and parameters affecting the yarn production properties were investigated.
