Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is that; to be known the structural features of medical services in Turkey. And also to attract attention to importance of quality standards, structural features in this business enterprise and security of medicine workers. In this first part of study; the service of medical and medical business enterprises were studied carefully. The concept of health and illness and also service of medical were classified. Practicing medical service in Turkey was mentioned in this part of the study. In the second part of study; the quality of medical business enterprises and the standard of service quality were studied. In the third and last part of study, the occupational risks medical workers face were explained. About job health and safety, international laws and national laws were evaluated. Health and health care report carried in people's lives, to create quality of life and has special importance in the protection. In this regard, the service quality of health institutions must be determined by well-prepared standards. These standards are used to measure, sustain and develop the quality of service in health institutions.
