Abstract (EN)
The subject of this study is "Health Care Employee Safety" issue will be analyzed in detail. Care must be taken when performing this analysis, the maximum benefit from current sources. The quality of health services in our country every day, the use of the latest technology, infrastructure development, human resources in terms of capacity and quality in many areas, even in the developed western countries will be an example in a style reminiscent development. In this study, the main objective of the Ministry of Health in accordance with the Employee Safety in Health Care professional based on our experience in the transfer of the institution in the form of their work will be. The main objective should be identifying the working conditions and hazards during the risk taking necessary measures, which may occur to prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases. Work accidents and occupational diseases will arise if the saved due both material and moral losses avoided in the country and will provide a significant gain for society.
