Organizational commintment level of employed at health institutions by outsourcing and sample of Siirt Public Hospital

Outsourcing is a business practice, in which companies focus on activities that enable them to outcompete and operate non-core functions by contracting specifically professional companies. Organizational commitment, on the other hand, is defined as the internalization of aims and values of the organization by the staff, individual's attachment to the organization as a member, endeavouring for the organization and considering the organization as a strong family structure. In this study, organizational commitment levels of 84 workers employed in different departments at Siirt Public Hospital, as a subsidiary of the Ministry of Health via outsourcing were measured using Allen and Meyer Organizational Commitment Scale.
