Abstract (EN)
Communication today has a very important place. Communication in the field of health services can not be excluded from this scope. Communication between patients and their relatives and staff during health service delivery is of great importance in terms of service success. This study was prepared using theoretical and questionnaire method. One of the most important factors in increasing quality in health services and ensuring patient satisfaction is 'Communication' undoubtedly. Because communication is a bridge over how people understand each other. Successful communication always provides great benefits in enhancing corporate image and confidence in the organization. It has been proven in many studies that a well established communication network between patient, relatives, management and staff will be affected positively in the patient's treatment process.
