Abstract (EN)

In this study, Hz. The literary arts of ijaz, itnab, müsavat and kasr, which are common in the hadiths of the Prophet, have been examined and tried to be interpreted. However, the abundance of hadith sources and the diversity of literary arts make it difficult to identify and examine all hadiths in terms of rhetoric. In this regard, the study went to limit both aspects and identified and dealt with those of the hadiths in Sahih Muslim, which are known / qualified as the second source of hadiths among the Kutub-i Sitta, which contain the arts of ijaz, itnab, musavat and qasr and the breadth /richness that these arts add to the understanding of the hadiths in question has been examined. The study consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the introduction, information is given about the subject of the study, its purpose, method, scope, sources and studies on the subject. In the first part, the theoretical dimension of the subject is discussed. In the second part, the reflections of the literary arts of ijaz, itnab and müsavat in the style of the Prophet (pbuh) are tried to be explained, and in the third part, the characteristics that the art of kasr adds to the meaning are. A table containing statistical information about the arts of ijâz, itnâb, kasr and müsâvât mentioned in the hadiths in Sahih Muslim has been added at the end of the study. In this context, the art of îcâz was detected in approximately 3.5% of the hadiths in Sahih-i Muslim, the art of itnab was detected in 4.7%, and the art of kasr was detected in 13.6%. It has been determined that the majority of the hadiths in which the art of ijaz is used are related to acts of worship and fezail, while the rest are related to the principles of faith and transactions. While the majority of the hadiths in which the art of itnab is used are related to the principles of faith, worship and virtues, the rest are related to transactions. While the majority of the hadiths that are the subject of Kasr art are related to worship, the rest are related to the principles of belief, transactions and virtues.
