Teachers' and students' views on virtual classroom environments and virtual classroom management

The management of virtual classrooms is of great importance to create an effective learning environment. The virtual classroom management in this center is at the forefront as it is different from the classroom management approach and practices in traditional face-to-face environments. This distribution aimed to determine the views of teachers and students on the increasingly widespread distance education applications of distance education, virtual classroom environments that have gained central importance, and virtual classroom management. The mixed method, which combines these qualities and the quantitative dimension, was used. The quantitative values of 325 teachers working in secondary and high schools and the qualitative values of the research consist of 15 teachers and 17 students. "Virtual Classroom Management Competence Scale" was used for quantitative connections. The good information collected in the research was analyzed through the SPSS 22 program. Parametric measurements were used in data analysis. For the qualitative connection, the half-take interview formula was used. Qualitative content was analyzed using the content analysis technique. According to the research groups, the explanations regarding the virtual classroom management competencies do not show a variable according to the gender, virtual classroom experience, class variable, and the statistical view according to the education level and seniority variable shows the product as a target. The virtual classrooms of the teachers can only be used as the length of the face-to-face education, the technical data live, it saves time and gives the ability to use technological products, the students do not find it efficient in the virtual classroom, but they want to use it when they are suitable for the age for education, they experience internet and audio interruptions, you provide chat between lessons, etc. It has been reached the points where their motivation is low because they are interested in other things.
