Indeed the subject of this research that I have selected solves very important issues with respect to its time and place, so for that this subject has a significant impact on the means of proof, and not only this but it depends on the testimony of women to prove the right, therefore the subject of this research is very important to scholars because testimony in Islam is a very critical subject and the view of scholars and interpreters are different so I have tried to be fair and modest in this research based on my research findings. This study shows the testimony of women between the human understanding and the concept of holy Quran. This research shows the definition of testimony, its origin, importance and its pillar and the difference between the testimony of men and women, testimony is mandate not an honor, it also shows the origin of testimony and its conditions. It includes the testimony in holy Quran and Sunnah and conditions of testimony, shows the testimony of women only and her quorum, this research shows makes clear the testimony of women alone in holy Quran, Sunnah and prophet Mohammed's (PBUH) companions and followers, and the testimony of women in the boundary of and legitimacy of testimony with men, and the natural differences between men and women that has effects on the testimony, and explained the doubts about the testimony of women in Islam and I also answered those doubts. Finally I conclude with the most important findings.
