Abstract (EN)
Objective: In this study, the incidence of developing chronic pain after cesarean, and was aimed to determine the risk factors. Methods: Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics at the caesarean operation, in the period between January 2015 and October 2015 were retrospectively evaluated in patients undergoing. The demographic data of the patients (age, weight, height), number of pregnancy, duration of operation, type of anesthesia (general-regional), chronic pain history, previous operations, additional diseases, the amount of analgesic in the postoperative period were recorded. All patients included in the study to be searched can be reached by telephone and were questioned by telephone that they had heard of any pain associated with caesarean operation to patients. pain intensity and characteristic of performing a test to identify patients pain was determined. All the data obtained were statistically evaluated. SPSS 21.0 for Windows was used for statistical analysis. numbers and percentages for categorical variables and statistical analysis, the average for numerical variables, standard deviation and median values were used. Also in the comparison group ANOVA test, Kruskal-Wallis test, T-test, chi-square test and Pearson's statistics were used. Grade of 0.05 was considered statistically significant p value of the case to be small. Results: Ege University Faculty of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology name in cesarean undergoing 387 patients age, height and between the weight value between statistical and chronic pain, a significant relationship is absent, BMI, parity, than between the previous chronic pain with a history of chronic pain relationships were statistically significant (p <0.05) in the incidence of SSI was 10.9% in our .Çalışma. The relationship between chronic pain and anesthesia methods were statistically significant compared (p <0.004), especially spinal anesthesia and chronic pain in cesarean section patients undergoing general anesthesia was higher than the incidence seen. When applied early postoperative analgesia protocol evaluating its relationship with the incidence of chronic pain it was found to be statistically significant (p <0.03). Management of postoperative analgesia in all patients revealed that the implementation of this protocol in a multimodal treatment protocols that epidural analgesia in protocols were no statistically significant relationship between the incidence of chronic pain. But post-operative epidural analgesia has increased more than worth so ill applied in chronic pain. It found that the act of chronic pain due to spinal and general anesthesia was higher. In patients with epidural anesthesia were significantly lower SSI rate. 41.3% of patients with chronic pain (n = 160) emergency, 58.7% (n = 227) were elective cesarean section. There was no statistically significance in terms of chronic pain. Conclusion: The postoperative period of cesarean section in a way that enables the baby's mother dealing with pain treatment after the operation was concluded in sufficient time to effectively prevent chronic pain in terms of development of the opinion that the provision was necessary.
