A research about to prefer the direct cause of military health unit for the civilian population: Example from Afghanistan

Poverty of the sources is a big problem which are used in the production of goods and services. Dispensing of inadaquate sources is the necessity of the economical science on the modern sense. The rational usage of the inadaquate resources is only possible by maximazing benefit/profit and using in rational areas. The inadaquate sources must be used productive and active like in all health sector.Health sector?s having important problems and the necessity of making radical reforms to solve these problems in Afghanistan is accepted generally but there are different apporoaches followed to the how and which direction the changes should be. It can be seen that allocating insufficent resources and using the sources unproductively in the main ground of the country.By not ignoring of the country?s health problems NATO units are helping supporting the providing of political stabilization by opening peripatetic and functional hospitals.In spite of some restictions patients can choose health institutions where they can be treated. There are a lot of factors which affects and directs the patience to that way in this preference.The main aim of this thesis; making statistical data to NATO, serving all over the world, which can be useful to developing and strengthening when offering health support as well and mainly implicate the patience, getting health service, to a new structuring Afghanistan?s health porcess.Measuring of health concept, definition of health services and features and patience satisfaction literature support is given in the first sector.In the second sector of the thesis, information provided on general condition of Afghanistan and present condition of health processes.In the third sector, assestments made on survey on determining the patience satisfaction and affecting factors, on Afghan patiences, who get services in NATO?s two military hospitals in Kabul.In the last sector, comments made from the conclusions on literature study and implementation and porposals brought forward.Key words: 1) Patient Satisfaction, 2) Hospital, 3) Afghanistan, 4) Medical Care.
