The realationship between the primary school teachers' attitudes towards total quality management and their level of resistance to evolution

This study is to investigate the relationship between reasons for resistance to change and perceptions for total quality management of teachers woring in 12 primary schools located in Umraniye District in İstanbul. For his aim, inventories were delivered to 230 teachers who were selected conveniently from the schools in the district. The data was analysed by using SPSS 17 statistical analysis program. Based on the results, it was found that there was no relationship between perceptions of teacher for total quality applications and reasons for resistance for change. On the other hand, it was found that, their perceptions for total quality management applications in their schools and their reasons for change show diffeence based on some demographical variables.
