The relationships between life satisfaction and the chocies of value of primary school teachers

By the help of this research, it has been tried to identify the relationship between their fulfilment of life and the chocies of value of primary school teachers. The universe of this research composed of 305 primary school teachers working in state and private schools in Anatolian side of İstanbul. In this research, parametric analysis techniques, indeendet groups t test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA); non-parametric analysis techniques, Kruskal Wallis-H test, Mann Whitney-U test and Pearson's Correlation is used. Minimum significance is tested at p<.05 level. The existance of a relationship between the demographic characteristics of primary school teachers, their chocies of value and fulfilment of life is stated by the results of this research. The existance of a relationship between the suscales of value scale of primary school teachers and the total points of life fulfilment scale is stated by the results of this research. The results of the research is discussed and interpreted. Key Words: Teacher, Life Fulfilment, Value
