The relati̇onshi̇p between the organi̇zati̇onal silence and the orgaanizational commi̇tment levels of teacher

Relations between organizational silence and organizational liability of the class teachers. Civilization level of the sociaties are related to the number of qualified people. Number of the qualified people can only be acheived by a qualified education.Primary schools are the most important education institution which assure the development of the socisty and increase of the ameliored consious level. So, prşmary level school are free of charge fort he most of the countries. Primary schools lead to the other institutions of the sociaty. İndividuals bring with thenselves the information, talent, values and behaviours to the future institutions where they are involving. Primary schools realize this task by the class teachers. The quality level of an education sysytem is related to the quality of the teachers who are the most important part of it. Freedom of sharing the ideas, participation to the existant problems, an environment where they feel valuable will help to the increase of the quality. Teachers who can not express the problems are not supposed to work fort he school's targets and Show high performance. An education sysytem which is aiming the demands of sociaty is related to the teachers who can express themselves. The target of this research is identifying the relationship between organizational silence behaviour and organizational liability.It is implemented the variability of the silence and liability behaviour by age, gender, marital status, graduated faculty, experiance, duration of work in the school etc.The proposed hypothesis and research queries are tested through 360 teachers among the ones working in the 11 schools in Umraniye districk of Istanbul. The data of the research is reached by survey. Personal information form, organizational silence scale and liability scale wre used for collecting data during this research.According to the result of the research, organizational silence perception is close to medium, organizational liability perception is on medium level.This result Show that the teachers hired on the primary schools are far to exspress their ideas about the solutions of the problems of their schools and they express them according the behaviour of the top management. The teachers who believe that their opinions are considered, are tempted to be less silence behaviour. The class teachers who participated to the research have medium organizational liability. The following results are achieved when the relation of lower level of organizational silence and organizational liability was examined. It is seen that there is positive and cognitive relation between protective silence and obeying silence, lower dimesions of organizational silence and normative liability , lower dimension of organizational liability. The teachres who stay silent conciously feel themselves under obligation to their school. There is a negative but cognitive relations between protective and obeying silence dimesions and sentimental lkiability.Teachers who are silent fort he success and reach to the targets of their school, have less belonging feelings for their schools. With another expression, whenever protective and obeying silence behaviour increase, teachers feel away from their school and less belonging behaviour.
