The ideas of social sciences teachers regarding teaching technologies and meterial usages

In this researct, The ideas about teaching technology and the material using of social sciences teachers working in private and official secondaryschools in Adana province are evaluated. This a descriptive research. In this research survey technique is used. There search population consists of social sciences teachers working in private and public secondary schols in 2015-2016 acedemic year in Adana province. There search sample consists of 231 socialstudies teachers, specified by an appropriate sampling method which is not a random method woking in four central districts (Seyhan, Sarıçam, Yüreğir and Çukurova) of Adana. In the research "İntrustional Technolog and material Conceptual Skills" questionaire is used as a data collection tool. While analysing data; frequency, percentage, artihmatic mean, standard deviation t-test and analysis of variance are used. Furthermore content analysis is used in analyzing open ended questions There are Four variables in the research: these are gender (Male-Famele), seniority (1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21 and over), field (social studies, history, geography and class teaching), the Institution of the teachers worked (public schods -private schools)In this research, according to outcomes of those variable: According to gender variable of the teachers (Male - Female ) there is no meaningful differences or statistical about any ideas. According to variable of seniority, there is no sigrifincant differences of statistical According to graduated branch; it has been achieved meaningful differences on some of those variables.According to the institution of the teachers worked; when we compare official schools vith Privates ones, it has been achieved meaningful differences on the some variables.
