Social state understanding practices: Trabzon SYDV sample

The understanding of the social state is a chain of social gains or losses that are so fragile that it can not be left to the enjoyment of power, and that develops and sprouts by the gains of the people, the cycle of supply and demand. In this research, the social assistance practices for reducing or eliminating income disparity such as poverty in the society, social assistance, social security, health, education in the prevention of income distribution injustice have been analyzed. In the formation of society, the influence of religion has been great throughout history. When Islam and socialism are compared; It was aimed at building on Islam's mercy and philanthropy, and socialism on social equality. The main purpose of this study is; In the extraordinary struggle that the society has today against the income inequality in the framework of the Social State Understanding, it is to investigate whether the social state practices that the state presents to the needy citizens are sufficient. The research findings for the purpose of the study are limited to the views of citizens who receive assistance from the Trabzon SYD Foundation and who generally have a low level of education, and citizens who have GSS with higher levels of education in general and foreign refugees. Survey method was used as data collection tool. Analysis of the data obtained in the study was made with SPSS 21.0 (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) package program were evaluated using the statistical package program. When findings are evaluated according to social state practices, gender, marital status, level of education and nationality, it was found that the people with low education level think that social state applications are sufficient and the people with high education level do not see social state applications adequately.
