Abstract (EN)

In this study, a water source heat pump was designed, manufactured and tested. Al2O3 nanoparticle was added to the system and its effect on energy and exergy performance was investigated experimentally. Depending on the test data, energy analysis and exergy analysis were performed for each part of the heat pump unit and the whole system. The energy and exergy yields of the system using POE oil in the compressor and POE + Al2O3 mixture oil in the compressor were compared experimentally at welding temperatures of 10 oC, 11 oC and 12 oC. POE oil system's 10 oC, 11 oC and 12 oC heat pump unit energy performance coefficient values are calculated as 4,20, 4,24 and 4,31 for the whole system respectively, 2,63, 2,90 and 2,93 for the whole system, respectively. Calculated as. Similarly, the heat pump unit energy performance coefficient values of POE + Al2O3 mixture oil source system for 10 oC, 11 oC and 12 oC welding temperatures are calculated as 3,92, 3,95 and 3,98 respectively. 2,34, 2,36 and 2,54. As a result, the Al2O3 nanoparticle reduces the heat pump performance slightly.
