The divorce in sunnah

This research deals with the issue of divorce in the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammed based on the six books (Kutub-i Sıtte) of Hadith. Therefore; the researcher will identify the narrations provided by the author of the six books of Hadith, so that the subject of divorce in the Sunnah will be clarified. In the intro chapter the researcher will provide information on the problem of research and its purpose as well as the concept of divorce and its meaning. In the first part, the conceptual frame work and brief information about the nature of the divorce will be given. In the second chapter the researcher will discuss and evaluate the titles of chapters concerning divorce that developed by the authors of the six books of Hadith. In the third chapter, the main topics of the research will be determined in the light of the titles of the chapters developed by the authors of the six books of Hadith. In the conclusion section, the titles of bab used by the authors of six books in the Divorce Department and the hadiths under the titles of these babies are mentioned. The divorce in the Sunnah of the Prophet should be determined.
