The relationship of kavâid-source in the context of Suyûtî's al-Esbâh ve'n-Nezâir

Since Islamic law is a branch of science that examines the rules of law, it has a dynamic structure that responds to the needs of the Muslim community in every century, in the light of certain rules. This science has developed under two headings, primarily usûl and furû, and has enriched its content with different spelling types following them. One of these writing types is literature of kawâid. Which emerged with the copyright of individual works exclusive to by the fiqh sects hijri IV. in the century. Kullî kâide's has subjected it to an order belonging to its own internal order and opened a new era in the science of fiqh. In this context, it is an important branch of science that should be considered for those who want to specialize in making progress in the science of fiqh and being familiar with the principles of fiqh. Fakîhs wrote many outstanding works based on the importance of kawaid literature. One of these works is the " el-Eşbâh ve'n-Nezâir " of İmam Suyûtî, giving its final shape to the science of külli kâide, it has become one of the main sources in this field since its time and is the focus of attention of many researchers. In the work, the küllî kâide's are subjected to a method from general to specific and important. The kâide's are examined together with their arguments. In this respect, it has attracted the attention of researchers. Our study consists of three parts. We gave the first space to the place that was spent on Imam Suyuti's use and knowledge. And Suyûtî's work "al-Eşbâh ve'n-Nezâir" has briefly introduced. The second space we discussed the historical development of the pedestal and other concepts associated with this term. And the feature of kullî qâide as independent evidence has discussed. In the third, we examined forty-five küllî qaide Suyûtî's al-Esbâh.
