Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of color change which can occur in the long term following bonding with adhesive rezin cement by application of different surface conditioning methods of whole ceramic materials by means of spectrophotometer. The lithium disilikat CAD material we used in our work was prepared with isomet in the form of 1 millimeter thick samples. Samples were cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning device containing distilled water. One surface of the samples was glaze applied. Three random groups of 15 members were selected from the samples. One of these groups is conditioned with phosphoric acid, which is recommended by the manufacturer.Another group was applied to surface conditioning with Er:YAG laser. The third group was conditioned by Nd:YAG laser. Three groups werebonded with the adhesive rezin cement to background material. The first color measurement of the bonded samples was done by spectrophotometer. The samples were incubated at 37 oC for 24 hours. After this process, the samples were aged at 10,000 cycles in the thermal cycle device. The second color measurement after aging was done with the same spectrophotometer. Statistical analysis (ANOVA), Tukey test was used when the parametric test assumptions were fulfilled according to Kolmogorov Smirnov test results in evaluating the data by loading the data obtained from our study (SPSS Ver: 22,0 Chicago, USA). When the parametric test assumptions were not met, the Kruskal-Wallis Test was used and the error level was taken as 0.05. After aging with a thermal cycle, it was determined that there was a clinically noticeable color change in the samples. Statistically significant color change was detected in the groups after aging. However, it has been determined that this change is clinically acceptable.
