Agriculture is an important regional resource for rural families and has a very important place in the world. Women's employment in agriculture is a global problem that has been discussed from the past to the present. The type of private employment in the agricultural sector contradicts the expectations that women actually embody in the field. The current situation of women's employment in agriculture, problems and solutions are discussed on a national basis and by drawing a general structure. In order to reveal realistic approaches to the solution of problems, the subject of provincial death was handled with research; easier access to local rules, resolving existing enclosures, making women's labor visible and obtaining in agriculture were preferred by the review observers. In this study, it has been revealed why female farmers working in agriculture in nine districts of Gaziantep Province have to prefer informality. By meeting with the provincial and district Directorates of Agriculture and Forestry, Social Security Institution and the officials of the Chamber of Agriculture of nine districts, women's farmer registration system and registration house in the Social Security System and existing problems were revealed by using qualitative and quantitative research methods and it was aimed that women working in agriculture were not included in the registered employment of large employers.
