Abstract (EN)
This research; The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the leader-member interaction on the organizational commitment and performance of the employees. A questionnaire consisting of leader-member interaction, organizational commitment and performance scales; The data obtained from the questionnaires were evaluated by means of SPSS 22.0 statistical program. As a result of the research; It was determined that there were significant positive and bidirectional positive relationships between all the dimensions that determine the leader interaction and organizational commitment. It has been determined that increasing the interaction of the leader members increases the overall organizational commitment, and that the commitment, contribution and professional respect from the leading member activity sub-dimensions have no effect on general organizational commitment. It was found that there was no effect on the continuation commitment of the leader member interaction and that only the commitment of the leader member interaction increased normative loyalty, and that other dimensions, impact, contribution and professional respect had no effect on normative commitment. In the study, it was found that there was a positive effect on the performance of general leader members and performance, contribution and professional respect increased the performance.
