Abstract (EN)

Various information about the Israelites is contained in both the Quran and the Torah. It is in the Qur'an and the Torah that they were held in captivity by Pharaoh for a time. The Israelites worshipped the calf after Pharaoh was freed from captivity and they were given many blessings. After their sins, they disobeyed the orders of Allah and ridiculed their Prophets with superiority. So Allah struck the Israelites, whom he sent the most prophets to, with various calamities of a stimulating nature each time. However, these calamities that came to the Israelites did not cause their destruction. Some of these calamities are mentioned in our thesis. When addressing the calamities, the sources we used were the Quran and the Torah. Before the calamities were mentioned, information was given about the Prophets who were sent to the Israelites. The lives of the apostles, who are considered prophets in both Books, are discussed as they are mentioned in the Qur'an and the Torah.
