Abstract (EN)
The Evaluation Of In-service Training Programs By The Vocational High School Teachers Who Participated InThis research has been done to determine the evaluation of in-service training programs by the vocation teachers in the vocational high schools who participated in.All the data in this research is based on the documents of Ministry of Education In-Service Training Department and the ideas of the vocational high school vocation teachers working in vocational high schools on the European side of İstanbul and who attended in-service training programs in 2011-2012 academic year.A poly questionnaire developed by the researcher was used in the research. When not only the importance of the subject but also the multi-dimensionality of the research have been taken into account, the importance of the need to examine of in-service trainin programs that the vocational high school teachers attend will be understood better. The necessity of transferring the innovations emerged in this area in the same speed and efficiency to the students rises.From this point of the study, the vocation teachers in the vocational high schools was chosen as the samples in the centre of the study.Fundemental point of the study at the end is the need to increase the productivity of the qualities more than the quantities of the in-service programs organized by the Ministry of Education or other organizations and agencies.Key Words: Education, In-Service Training, Vocational High School Teacher.
