Authority of worker union about collective labour

This study examines the authority of labor unions in Turkish labor law through legislation. The legal dimension of trade union organization models and its reflection, which is the reflection of the authorization process, has been handled with all updates and a comprehensive literature review has been made and supported by the Supreme Court decisions. In this study, the legislative changes were followed in chronological order and all the processes included in the bag laws and legal system were followed and some collective contracts signed with the different trade unions and businesses were examined and finalized.
