The impact of the tourism enterprises on natural environment: Case study in Akyaka Azmak

The natural environment and the natural resources are the prominent resources for the tourism enterprises to produce and serve. This is important, how to ensure the sustainability of the affected natural environment when we deal with the issue of consuming and re-producing the resources for tourism. This study, which questions whether the enterprises that owe their operating life to the natural environment they affect, will provide this conservation or not, at the same time examines the position of the tourist, who is the customer of the touristic activity, on the conservation of the natural environment. As a result of the investigations on Akyaka Kadin Azmagi (a creek in Akyaka), it has been understood that the enterprises in the region have negative physical impacts on nature, but there is no structure which acts jointly in the direction of nature protection. It has been understood that the people, who are engaged in recreational activities around the Kadin Azmagi, also cause negative impacts on nature and cannot develop a culture of behavior specific to the sensitivity of the natural area.
