Then, within the scope of our study, the horizontal effect of fundamental rights on the applicability of constitutional rights among individuals was examined. In the following, it has been tried to convey how the right to work is included in the international regulations and the decisions of the Constitutional Court in terms of the contribution of the international regulations on the right to work to our labor law. Finally, by examining various legislative regulations that are an extension of the right to work, how both the Constitutional regulation, and the international regulations regarding the right to work are reflected in our national legislation is given.
