Abstract (EN)
The European Union has gained a new integration dimension to the discipline of international relations with its unique institutional structure. This integration model, developed far beyond intergovernmental cooperation, is based on the fact that the member states transfer some sovereign powers to the Union institutions in the process of multinational integration. The transnational structure of the European Union has expanded and deepened its competencies in the field of health policies in recent years. These powers, which are formed within the framework of the health policies of the European Union, have implications and consequences both for the member states and for the candidate countries. The research is based on the method of the historian method and the source scanning technique in the context of this method. Turkey in the field of health, as in other areas as a result of this relationship with the European Union aimed at accelerating reforms with the participation and cohesion policies. Turkey has accepted that differs from the basic human rights of patients' rights in the European Union accession process, and made several reforms in this area.
