An application in the province of establishment process and private hospitals in Turkey İzmir

As is known; Health sector is one of the most developing and socially required investment area both in the world and in Turkey. Especially in less developed and developing countries, scantiness of public resources and as a natural consequence of this lower public sector investments not what but in contrast with increasing demand to the health sector investments, it shows how important the Private Health Institutes both in today and in future in terms of communal requirements and as being a developing and fast-growing market. Therefore, in this thesis study, it is aimed; to instruct the candidate investors who interests to invest into health sector, explicating the legal basis of Private Health Institutes legislation about operating the institute, to make ready the candidate investors in advance about the difficulties and probable cases which they may able to encounter with. Nonetheless, material absences and important diagnoses will be detected in the system and reported. With this way, it is going to try to contribute some benefits to the developing Private Health System also. Finally, at the end of the study, Private Health Institute's general and common business costs will be determined and identified, a sample Private Health Institute Feasibility Study will be made, and capital return period of investors' capital and productivity, profitability of investment will be calculated.
