Abstract (EN)
Renewable energy sources have significant distinction when compared to those known as fossil fuel and exist in limited amount. The most important side of this distinction is due to the fact that renewable energy sources will never end. Renewable energy sources are those causing exigous damage on environment while producing energy and thus labeled as ?green? class compared to other sources.Due to these features, in energy investments they attract attention more and more both globally and domestically. Above all, this attention increases more importantly due to size of the investment, continous demand for energy and renewable source domestic potential. For the reasons of coverage, amount, time and some other investment related features of the renewable energy investments, legal aspect of the financing process has to be analysed in depth.Beside the increased importance of renewable energy investments, challanges faced in financing process are related with government?s perspective to these investments and being a new area in our country. Definitely the formula lies in government?s increased support in this area and investors? deep analysis before the investment.
