Abstract (EN)
"Lifting The Corporate Veil" is a concept that has just beapplied in Turkish Law. Therefore, there are no concrete and general principles regarding the circumstances under which this path can be applied. There are many different reasons and ways to apply for the "Lifting The Corporate Veil" path. The basis of all the reasons is the "Honesty Rule" article, which has taken place in the Turkish Civil Code, will address the concept of "Lifting The Corporate Veil" and the problems in the application will be discussed.
