Provision of international financial contracts

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions After:- The letter entitled (Provisions of International Financial Contracts) is a Comparative Jurisprudence study, it contains of introductory chapter and three other major chapters:- The introductory chapter includes three section. The first section I talked about the definition of language, language and definition of money. In the second section, I talked about the Islamic view of the globe. Which I talked about the concept of the Islamic state and the non-Islamic state, and the concept of the state treaty. The third section discusses the most important principles governing the international economic relations in Islam, namely, taking into account the moral dimension of international economic transactions, adherence to the rules of Islamic law, reciprocity and the principle of the most international condition. The first chapter deals with the definition of the contract of sale in terms of language and terminology, its legitimacy, and the statement of the rule of dealing with selling and buying between the Islamic state and the foreign state. In the second section, it discusses the definition of usury contract, and its rules, and international usury rule. In the third section, I talked about the definition of exchange, its rule, the rule of bank transfers, and the rule of dating on the international exchange contract. In the second chapter on International Services Contracts, it included three section, in the first section I talked about the contract of the international loan. It defined and governed the ruling on taking bank interest against the loan and the ruling on borrowing from the IMF. In the second section of the Commercial Insurance Law, the definition of insurance contract, its origin, types and ruling was defined.
