Adequate and balanced nutrition is one of the most important steps to becoming a healthy individual. Various scales have been developed to measure the nutritional quality of individuals. It was determined that there was no significant relationship between the participants' gender and their diet quality indexes (p>0.05), and that there was a statistically significant relationship between the students' diet quality indexes and their place of residence (p<0.05). Chronotypes of the individuals were found to be 43.68% morning type, 44.47% evening type, and 11.84% intermediate type. It was determined that there was no significant relationship between the place of residence of the participants, their gender and their chronotypes (p>0.05). It was determined that there was a significant relationship (p<0.05) between the participants' diet quality indexes and their chronotypes. More studies should be done on this subject, students should be informed about balanced and adequate nutrition and their access to healthy food should be facilitated.
