The aim of this study was to determine the feed particle size and milk fat levels in Dairy Cattle Farms which were member of Cattle Breeders Association in Uşak Province Center and districts. These farms were using Total Mixed Ration (TMR) with Feed Mixing and Dispensing Machine. The study was carried out in coordination with Uşak Dairy Cattle Breeders Association. Twelve enterprises identified as the TMR applied farms. These farms were visited for 3 daysconsecutivelyto collect TMR samples and milk samples. In addition, TMR samples were analyzed for dry matter (DM), ash, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), protein (CP) and crude oil (CO). In the milk samples, dry matter, fat and protein were analyzed. The results ofthe analysis of the Penn State Particle Separator were met the desired level only in one out of twelve farms. There-withal, this farm has the highest (4.33%) milk fat compared to others. In addition, TMR samples were found to be between 9.65 - 15.02%CP, 46.87 - 64.90% NDF, 31.17 - 44.07% ADF, 1.74 - 4.74%CO and 5.43 - 23.04% Ash values. Milk fat ratio was found between 2.93 - 4.33%.
