Abstract (EN)
The work called Bezlu'n-nazar fi'l-usûl by the Samarkand scholar Ebu'l-Feth Alauddin Muhammed b. Abdulhamid b. Huseyn al-Usmendi, who lived in the VI th century Hijri, stands in a different place in the Hanafi methodology literature. In the writing of Usmendî Bezlu'n-nazar, Mu'tazilî scholar Ebu'l-Husayn al-Basrî's al-Mu'tamad, which is one of the main works of the mutakallimin method, was centered, and followed it in classification, method and sometimes in his views on content. In this study, Bezlu'n-nazar is discussed in terms of classification, method and content, and it has been tried to determine where it differs from the work called al-Mu'tamad, how much it follows it, and where it is found in the Hanafi method literature.
