Abstract (EN)
The number of samples taken from males was 50 disease samples, 20 of which gave a positive result of infection by 20%, while the samples that gave a negative result were 30 samples with a percentage of 30%, while in females was 50 pathological samples 40 of them gave a positive result of 40%. According to the findings, 50 samples out of 60 tested positive for the examination of the rapid urea test(RUT), resulting in an isolation rate of 83.3 %. RUT method gave the highest percentage of 83% compared other methods . The antibody method reached 66.7% compared to the other methods, while the antigenic method and the genetics method using Ure A gene gave 33.3% and Ure B was 38.3% Concerning the results sequence for Ure Aand B gene, there was a match between the isolate No. 1 for Ure A gene (98%) with the isolate in NCBI (AF373562.1) mean the occurrence of Transition at site 375 nucleotide G/A, the second type mutation (Transition) at site 399 in C/T nucleotide, and the third mutation at site 458 in nucleotide T/G. the isolate No. 1 and 3 for UreB with the isolate in NCBI (AF507994.1) showing 97% for isolate 1 and 99%for isolate 3 match with (AF507994.1). The differences in isolate 1 is the occurrence of type mutations (Transversion) at site 1510 and 1469nucleotide A/C, the and the mutation of type at site 1472 and 1475 in nucleotide T/C.While isolate number 3 type mutation was transistion in site 1458 nucleotides C/Tand 1491 nucleotides C/T
