كفاءة أستاذ اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها من نظريات اللغة وظواهرها

Arabic Language has many phenomenon that make it near of mind and thinking. The old books are full of them. By having a deep look and analysis, we will be able to comprehend the harmony between linguistic system related to these phenomenon and the mental one which depends on logic and syplification in comprehension and treatment. Analyzing these phenomenon seeks to providing Arabic vocabulary with an easy way which help students understand meaning and learing by heart. This research illustrates and proves the relationship between teaching that depend on languages Jurisprudence and what can Arabic non-speakers students collect of linguistic Arabic vocabulary according to the linguistic Jurisprudence theaory which depends on principle of minds cells which has been used by the researcher according to the mechanism mind job, and how the human mind treats with language symbols and the memory of human beings depending on mental data coming to memory. In this paper, the researcher depended on what linguistics studied about mental logic and method of human memory. According to this theory it is clear that mind Works during memorizing preventing similar cells from working. These cell form containers like couple container,triple, quadruple, quinary, sixfold and phonetic one.All of these container work according to nervous flowing, but the mental symbolism is different from each other. They have an importantr role in symplifiying words to be learned by heart anh the ability to restore them. To deal with the current atmosphere of the educational process in the universities inwhich Arabic is being taught, the researcer did a questionnaire of 73 teachers who teach Arabic fon on-speakers in Turkish universities about the procedures of educational process, its elements and dimensions related to the phenomenon of languages understanding and to induct to what extent these phenomenon is important in the educational meaning. The researcher also suggested for Arabic teachers of non-speakers acurruculumn related to linguistic treatment by dealing with Qotrub triangle in this method by which teacher can deal with languages understanding easily, on the other hand students can learn by heart Arabic words in an easy way.
