Forensic anthropological perspective on fire phenomena

Disasters occur from time to time in our country. Loss of life and property after disasters is inevitable. Crime scene investigation studies plays a major role in the identification of the disaster victims who lost their lives. After a disaster, when human remains found, forensic anthropologists, dentists, biologists and entomologists should work together to identify the people who have lost their lives. Certain changes are seen in the bones of disaster victims exposed to fire disasters due to high temperature. These changes reveal the manner in which individuals die, and in the case of human-caused fires, how the fire is started, and ensure that the identification of disaster victims is done correctly.
