Women in social life in Yıldız Ramazanoğlu's novel and stories

This study is aimed to examine the roles of female characters in public and private life, the representations of these roles, and the problems that women experience in social life, based on Ramazanoğlu's storybooks and one novel. Focusing on the problems experienced by women in modern life, the author deals with women from various aspects in her works and tries to show that these women are primarily individuals. The author states that women from different parts of the society, who seem to be different from each other and have different living conditions, experience similar problems; centers on their struggle to exist. Deals with the violence that women are exposed to both physically and psychologically, with topics such as the desperation of women trying to be happy in unhappy environments. Approaching life in general with social sensitivity, the author wants to show the extraordinary in seemingly ordinary events and to raise awareness about them. This study, it is aimed to determine various female identities by examining the female characters created in the works of Yıldız Ramazanoğlu, who has given important works to Turkish Literature. Another aim of our research is to answer the question of what is the concept of "ideal woman" according to Yıldız Ramazanoğlu.
