The effect of the director's to the school achievement is deciding, coordinating and the competences in the period of communication processing

This reseonch is corried out to determine the effect of administrators competencies in Decision-making, coordinating and commonication processes to the success of school. Reseonch was corried out omong 353 teachers working in secondory schools in Maltepe, Located in the Asion side of İstanbul.The dota in this study were collected by a questionnaire named ?Effect of administrators? Competencies in decision makiny, coordinating and communication processes to the succes of school.Polls are applied to teachers by visiting indisidually and they were informed about the aim of the survey. The survey consisto of two ports. In the first section demographics of the respondents were referenced. In the second section, 45 questions were asked in order to determine the effect of administrators competencies in decision-making coordinating and communication processes to the successes of school. This section consists of three sub-sectons including 15 questions each.In this reseonch, the effect of administrators? competencies in decision making, coordinating and communication processes to the success of school was exaamined accordiry to the differences of variables such as, gender, age, industry,level of education, years of service, duration of work, type of school, institution (public-private). Survey data is interpreted by applying frequency, %(percent), t-test, ANOVA (onalysis of variance simlex and multiple comporison test (Post-hoc).Key words: Decision-making, coordinating, Contact Us.
