Examination of divan written in the 20th century

This thesis study named "Examination of Divans Written in the 20th Century" consists of 2 main sections. In the first chapter, the diwans written by 198 poets in the 20th century and the poets who wrote these divans were examined. While these divans were examined, they were divided into two as those named as divan and those with a special name, not called divan. While writing this section, biographical information about the poets has been given and the works they have written are listed. Then, three poems reflecting the poet's literary personality were given as an example by stating the features of the poet's divan in detail. In the 20th century, poets who wrote poems using the prosody meter, but who did not organize a divan were not included in the scope of the study. The second part consists of evaluating the divans written in the 20th century in terms of the classical literature tradition. In this section, the birth places, names, pseudonyms, professions and mystical nexus of poets who wrote divan in the 20th century were examined, and then these works were evaluated in terms of language, form and content. This study has shown that our classical literature, which is supposed to be withdrawn from our lives due to its institutions, language understanding, lifestyle and material, continues by some poets not only as a romantic essay but in a very serious manner. Our tradition of classical poetry has produced very strong representatives in the 20th century as well. At the end of the study, a table is added to give the names, place of birth, place of death, date of birth, date of death, name of the divan, pseudonym, vizier, profession and sect of poets who wrote divan in the 20th century.
