Indirect perpetration as a type of complicity according to Turkish Criminal Code (Nu 5237)

Indirect perpetration is a type of complicity that means manipulate someone to commit crime. With 5237 numbered Turkish Penal Code, indirect perpetration has reach legal ground. Indirect perpetration may show up in various ways. One of these appearence types; situation that manipulating people whom don't have criminal liability is set as aggravating qualified circumstance. This thesis's subject is choosen, because it's not studied enough in either Turkish Penal Law or Appeal Courts decisions, within this scope, ideas which in in comparative law about this subject and courts decisions are tried to research. Also, in this thesis, difference between abetment and indirect perpetration which is important for in point is tried to research in point of complicity subject.
