EU migration policy, effects of EU on EURODAC and Turkey

Migration can be dealt with with the birth of mankind and, if defined in general terms, is the temporary displacement of people from place to place in a temporary, permanent, voluntary or compulsory manner. The European countries, which suffered a great destruction due to the wars in the 20th century, started to receive immigration in order to eliminate this destruction and recover. However, the immigration wave that started in this way increased further through family reunification. In this process, immigrants who were not admitted to Europe started to enter the European countries illegally and this posed a problem for Europe. In the European Union, which has been in the process of continuous development since its establishment, there is a different place for Migration. Hopes that it would generally provide better living standards with its economic appeal to many parts of the world have led to the continued migration from less developed regions to this continent. After the establishment of the Union, migrations have often taken an illegal place from the control of Member States and led States to produce common policies in particular on this issue. Considering that migration exists from the date of humanity and that it will continue to exist in different forms as the human race continues, it will not be wrong to say that the European Union will also be affected by new migration movements at both international and regional levels.
