Abstract (EN)
In this study, two varieties (Heritage and Rubin) belonging to the raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) species, which are known to contain bioactive compounds that are very beneficial for human health, were grown in open and uncontrolled greenhouse conditions by using organic fertilizers, which is one of the sustainable farming techniques, within the scope of good agricultural practices and the results were compared with the data obtained as a result of conventional fertilization. In this research, which was carried out for three years between 2017-2019, as an organic fertilizer source; organic farm manure (Biofarm) and vermicompost were used. As a result of the study, it has been revealed how the applications will affect the yield and quality criteria. For this purpose, the phenological, morphological, pomological, physicochemical, phytochemical and antioxidant activity properties of raspberry cultivars as well as pollen viability levels and pollen germination percentages of the cultivars were determined. According to the results obtained, the value ranges found were as follows; yield per cane 105.82-398.91 g cane-1, the amount of vitamin C 63.33-222.67 mg L-1, total phenolic content 479.99-599.38 mg GAE L-1, total anthocyanin content 0.53-1.61 µg siy-3-glk g-1, total flavonoid content 3.01-20.54 mg L-1, DPPH radical inhibition value 77.59-94.51%, pollen viability level 36.09-75.15% and pollen germination level 13.21-82.09%. Considering the results, it is recommended that Biofarm application be used in the open field and vermicompost application in the greenhouse in terms of yield.
