Evaluation of satisfaction of the tourism and accommodation establishments in Alanya

The main reason of this study is to point out the importance of Alanya county with historical and natural beauties in Turkish tourism that brings out huge tourism potential for our country and explain economic,social,natural impacts by foreign tourism in the region and survey lodging facility effects on tourist satisfaction.The survey includes a questionnaire with 27 inquiries applied to the both domestic and foreign tourists.A total of 104 questionnaires were evaluated and controlled trustworthiness by SPSS 17 program,examined with factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis techniques. As a result,analyses show that general behaviour of staff in lodging facilities surpasses other elements and super effective on tourist satisfaction.There are some suggestions available according to the data obtained by the survey.
